Ajrakh is a popular traditional art form of Kutch. A lengthy and detailed, highly skilled process is part of the creation of a fine Ajrakh print involving resist printing and indigo dye. Fine quality Ajrakh hand block printed pure cotton fabric made using natural dyes through traditional Ajrakh technique.
The star-spangled sky is what we see in this Ajrakh hand block printed in natural dyes saree. The color combination is complimenting each other with Golden Border beautifully. The modal silk Ajrakh saree looks like a playground for the colors as it looks very different in different lights.
