Return & Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

These all are hand crafted products and majorly made up with natural dyes, there are chances of little imperfections in the products, please embrace the little imperfections

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Also, as our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colours of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. There will not be any cancellation post this.

– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

IF you cancel your order after your product has shipped:

– If you receive the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Returns & Exchanges

In case if you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9974779061 and also email us at info@weaverhut.com mentioning your Order ID. The original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging
  1. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel
  4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
  5. Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
  7. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
  

Why is my exchange not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

• Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
• 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
• Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
• Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
• No exchange or return for handmade decor items

Shipping and Delivery policy

• For Shipping within India the cost of INR 200 will be applied irrespective of the number of items bought.
• Shipping is free on purchases above INR 3000.
• Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (only for the state of Maharashtra)
• Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@weaverhut.com within 3 hours of placing the order.
